Sub Rosa is a licensed outpatient behavioral health practice providing psychotherapy and psychiatric services through separate behavioral health and medical branches. Sub Rosa is not a walk-in emergency or 24/7 crisis facility. For immediate support, call the Help Center at (406) 586-3333 or call/text 988.

We coordinate with the Help Center to provide 24/7 crisis support and follow-up for Sub Rosa clients and patients. When calling the Help Center, please identify your Sub Rosa therapist or provider by name so your care can be coordinated.
