Comprehensive Medication Management in Bozeman, MT

Integrative Care with Psychiatric Medication Management in Bozeman, Montana

Medication can be a helpful tool in feeling more like yourself again—but lasting well-being often requires a more comprehensive approach.

At Sub Rosa Therapy, psychiatric medication management is approached through an integrative, whole-person lens. This means considering not only symptoms, but also lifestyle, physical health, treatment goals, and the broader context of your life. Care is collaborative and focused on supporting your long-term well-being.

Holistic Approach to Medication

Sub Rosa Therapy provides access to psychiatric services and holistic medication management through Alison Hall, PA-C, who offers medication consultations and support when clinically appropriate. She provides holistic, whole-person care that integrates physical and mental health, and brings over 25 years of experience in primary care and internal medicine, including bioidentical hormone therapy. Alison may order lab work, including blood and hormone panels, and collaborates with other providers when needed to better understand and support your overall health.

Alison commonly works with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, burnout, trauma-related symptoms, sleep concerns, mood changes, and hormone-related transitions such as perimenopause and menopause.

Bioidentical Hormone Therapy

Our approach to medication management also includes support for hormone-related changes, such as perimenopause, menopause, and other hormonal imbalances that can impact mood, energy, and overall well-being.

Through a functional and integrative framework, we may incorporate bioidentical hormone therapy, or hormone replacement therapy (HRT), and laboratory testing when clinically appropriate. This allows us to better understand underlying contributors to symptoms and support the body in a more comprehensive way.

Alison Hall also works with individuals experiencing PMS (premenstrual syndrome), PMDD (premenstrual dysphoric disorder), and luteal phase irregularities, including those that may occur following traumatic brain injury (TBI). Treatment may include hormone therapy, supplementation, and other supportive approaches tailored to the individual.

Advanced Psychiatric Services

Many individuals come to us after finding that medication alone did not fully address their concerns.

Medication management at Sub Rosa Therapy is designed to work within a broader continuum of care. For some individuals, this may include coordination with counseling services or collaboration with existing medical providers. For others, additional options such as Spravato® (esketamine) or ketamine-assisted therapy (KAT) may be explored when clinically appropriate as part of our broader outpatient psychiatric and interventional care approach.

Rather than focusing only on symptom reduction, our approach considers the connection between mental and physical health, with care guided by each individual’s goals, history, and overall well-being. Psychiatric medication management may be thoughtfully integrated with therapy and other supportive practices, with the goal of helping you feel more stable, supported, and ultimately less reliant on long-term intervention when possible.

Telehealth & Accessibility

Medication management services are available both in person and through telehealth, increasing access for individuals living in rural areas or those unable to commute to our office.

To establish care via telehealth, recent vital signs from a primary care provider may be required. In some cases, an initial in-person appointment may be necessary depending on the type of medication prescribed.

Insurance & Cost

Medication management services are typically eligible for insurance coverage. Sub Rosa Therapy is in-network with many private insurance providers.

Our team is available to help verify benefits and answer questions about coverage prior to your first appointment.
