Onsite Medical Provider for Spravato & Ketamine-Assisted Therapy Services and Medication Management Services

Alison Hall is a licensed Physician Assistant practicing Primary Care and Internal Medicine since 2000. She holds a Master’s in Health Science and Physician Studies from Quinnipiac University and has spent her career integrating both traditional and alternative approaches to healing. Alison provides holistic, whole-person care that integrates physical and mental health, and has extensive experience in primary care and bioidentical hormone therapy.

After experiencing autoimmune conditions that conventional medicine alone could not resolve, Alison turned to holistic and mind-body practices to facilitate her own healing. This experience deepened her understanding of whole-person wellness, leading her to train in Internal Family Systems (IFS), holotropic breathwork, and mindfulness. She believes in bridging Western medicine with alternative modalities, recognizing that healing requires an integrative approach that addresses both the mind and body.

At Sub Rosa Therapy, Alison serves as the onsite medical provider for KAT and Spravato (esketamine) sessions, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients undergoing treatment for treatment-resistant depression, as well as medication management, and is able to order laboratory tests when appropriate. Alison’s unique role allows clients undergoing counseling access to coordinated care without direct intervention of a psychiatrist, while working alongside primary care providers to support overall well-being.

Deeply connected to nature and animals, Alison spends as much time as she can outdoors playing in all four seasons, whether it be cycling, hiking, taking cold plunges in the lakes and rivers, or skiing. She values the restorative power of Montana’s landscapes and carries that connection into her approach to healing. Alison approaches both medicine and life with gratitude, curiosity, and deep respect for all forms of life. She considers it an honor to support clients on their healing journeys, helping them access both medical and inner resources for transformation.

Through the medical branch of Sub Rosa Therapy, Alison provides medication management services for clients of Sub Rosa Behavioral Health and the nCenter Neurofeedback and Counseling Clinic who may benefit from integrated care. These services are offered separately from psychotherapy services and are operated under the authority of a licensed medical provider, consistent with Corporate Practice of Medicine (CPOM) guidelines. This structure ensures that Sub Rosa Therapy and the nCenter meet compliance requirements for coordinated behavioral health care under Montana Medicaid while maintaining proper legal separation between medical and behavioral health services.
