At Sub Rosa Therapy, she serves as Coordinator and Patient Experience Specialist, supporting clients with Spravato and KAT sessions. She ensures a calm and healing environment while overseeing logistical elements and maintaining a patient-centered and trauma-informed approach.

Mary Kate is continually inspired by the transformative potential of ketamine-assisted therapy and finds deep meaning in holding space for individuals navigating expanded states of consciousness. She strives to foster a sense of compassion, curiosity, and connection during each session.

Outside of Sub Rosa, Mary Kate enjoys spending time outdoors with her partner and their two border collies, climbing peaks and exploring new places. She appreciates the awe that comes with new experiences and the healing properties of spending time in nature.
