Kade Robinson
Client Coordinator & Experience Specialist; Privacy Officer
Kade Robinson is a Ph.D. student in Psychological Science at Montana State University, where he also obtained a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Statistics. His studies support a research-informed understanding of mental health treatment, with focused coursework in the psychology of consciousness, cognition, sleep, and advanced statistical modeling. Kade also maintains a broad interest in how developmental trauma, environmental stressors, and cognitive heuristics shape human behavior.
At Sub Rosa Therapy, Kade serves as Client Coordinator and Experience Specialist, and the clinic's Privacy Officer. He supports clients through onboarding, Ketamine-Assisted Therapy (KAT) and Spravato® (esketamine) sessions, and various clinical operations. Kade has also completed the Zendo Project’s Sitting and Integration Training, allowing him to hold space for those navigating psychedelic journeys. As Privacy Officer, Kade ensures the highest standards of data safety, working behind the scenes to protect client privacy within a secure and trusted environment. He bridges the administrative and clinical facets of care, integrating his knowledge of therapeutic modalities with the vital day-to-day rhythms and responsibilities that sustain a compassionate healing space.
Passionate about the intersections of perception, consciousness, stress, and resilience, Kade brings a thoughtful, grounded presence to his role. He integrates rigorous research with real-world perspectives. With a natural curiosity about how people grow, adapt, and heal, his transition into doctoral research marks an exciting next step in his long-term commitment to mental health and clinical psychedelic medicine.
Outside of Sub Rosa, Kade is an avid endurance athlete and outdoor adventurer. He finds restoration and resilience on mountain trails, whether training for ultramarathons or exploring Montana on skis. These pursuits inform the presence and intention he brings to the therapy space and reflect his deep respect for the full spectrum of human experience.
